PPI successfully participated in the IIEE Northern Luzon Regional Conference (NLRC) held from March 5 to 7, 2026, at the Capital Arena, City of Ilagan, Isabela, reinforcing its commitment to supporting the country's electric cooperatives and advancing metering and grid modernization initiatives. During the three-day event, PPI engaged with representatives from various electric cooperatives engaged in meaningful conversation, discussing the latest developments in Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), metering technologies, and distribution network solutions. The conference provided a valuable platform for industry professionals, educators, and aspiring engineers to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and explore emerging trends shaping the future electrical engineering industry. On its final day, the event featured simultaneous activities to empower both aspiring and seasoned electrical practitioners: Academic Summit & Students’ Forum: Provided and in-depth review of the EE Curriculum and PQF Career Specializations while quipping participants with valuable insights on career growth and workplace success. RME’s Forum: Offered a technical seminar focused on best practices in electrical installations and motor control systems, reinforcing the importance of safety, efficiency, and technical excellence in the profession.
