Horstmann Fault Circuit Indicator Navigator is a fully electronic indicator primarily designed for utility overhead lines of medium voltage and high voltage up to 69kV. It consists of black plastic housing with a clamping mechanism from stainless steel, a trans-parent cap, the indication unit with LED  and the electronic circuit encapsulated in resin compound.
